To request removal of your face from FaceCheckNow search results, please send an email to:

Please include in your email:

  • A clear, recent photo of your face for verification purposes
  • Any URLs or screenshots showing where your face appears in our search results
  • A written statement confirming you are the person in the photo(s) and requesting removal
  • Your full legal name and contact information

Common questions about removal

How long does the removal process take?

Most removal requests are processed within 72 hours of identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the removal is complete.

Can someone else request removal on my behalf?

For privacy and security reasons, removal requests must come from the individual whose face appears in the results, or from a legally authorized representative with documented authorization.

Will my face reappear in future searches?

Once we process your removal request, we add your facial signature to our exclusion list. This prevents your face from appearing in future search results on our platform.

Does FaceCheckNow store my original photos?

No. We only store mathematical embeddings (numerical representations) of faces, not the original photos themselves. When we process a removal, we delete the embedding associated with your face from our index.
